Living with art is the beginning of collecting it

Caroline’s lifelong appreciation for art began in childhood, surrounded by influences that would ultimately shape her own path. Her father, a corporate attorney and passionate collector, filled their home with works by artists including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, and Ellsworth Kelly. At the same time, her mother nurtured and encouraged Caroline’s own growing passion for art. Living with art from an early age and being encouraged to explore her own connection to it had a profound impact on Caroline, shaping her belief in the deeply personal relationship between art and the spaces we call home.

Caroline went on to earn a BA in Art History and studied in Paris and Florence. Her continued travels throughout the United States and internationally have deepened her knowledge of art and expanded a trusted network of artists, galleries, and resources.

Through her fine art curating practice, Caroline helps clients build thoughtful, personal collections, whether by acquiring a single work, establishing a collection's foundation, or expanding it over time. Specializing in Contemporary and Modern art, she makes discovering and acquiring art approachable, enjoyable, and highly personal.

Caroline’s passion for art extends into her philanthropic work. She has served on numerous boards and chaired fundraising events, including serving on the Council of the Asian Art Museum and the Kids & Art Foundation. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Monterey Museum of Art as Vice President of Development.

Caroline lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and enjoys a close family life with their two grown children.
